I made 2 mistakes. If you follow this thread to try to install this is very important info.
There are many versions of GNTX 453 mirror. Frist one I got is from Nissan Quest 08 or 09 via eBay. It has 12 pins and hard to figure out which is which pins. I ended up buying another mirror which is 10 pins.
Also, make sure to buy mirror with wiring harness comes with.

2nd mistake is HomeLink compatibility problem.
There is newer garage openner security protocol. Thus, pre 2011 mirror does not work. You cannot program the mirror.
In order to use older version of GNTX 453 mirror, you need to buy HomeLink® Compatibility Bridge Liftmaster LM-HOMELINK RPTR, HOMELINK COMPATIBILITY BRIDGE

I installed TOYOTA Avalon pre 2011 rear view mirror via eBay.

I got 10 pins plug has 6 wires.
    I figure out #6 is IGN(switch), #8 is GND, #10 12V+(Const).

Got IGN from mirror control harness.
GND and 12V+ from room light as following the instruction.

    Fuse is already installed somehow.

What I don't like is the instruction does not say which wire is for IGN, GND, or 12V+.

It's simple easy installation and very satisfied result :)
