Yep, it's him. Met him at the PriusChat meetup in Chicago when Danny got his Prius...Bruce flew out to meet us all. He even started his OpenRoad blog at Toyota by mentioning the trip.

    SHHHHhhhhhhhhh!!!!!....He might be listening!!
TMS has been pretty quiet around here for a while, but he's still around from time to time. I think he hears/reads what's important and ignores the rest.

Bruce, if you are reading this, please offer us a decent driver's seat for the Prius, one with seat tilt, more rearward range of motion, and adjustable lumbar support.

I love the car, and hate the seat!

Hi Bruce, did you notice the two NHW11 PSD failures posted recently? I'd like to think that our common goal is that the Prius design should be the most long-term reliable vehicle ever designed. We may just need a few PSDs shipped over from headquarters to achieve that. Can you help?

    Bruce,

Please tell Toyota they don't have to make the Prius anymore because GM is going to announce the Volt any day now.

(Sorry, I'm only posting this because I haven't seen Volty and/or Malorn on in awhile)

That's one reason folks like him rarely if ever say anything --
because they know full well three thousand people will jump all
over them right away with "please fix this minor annoyance with
my car". Not useful. Besides, they've already seen all the whining.
It's like the old poster -- if you want a copy of the NSA password
security guidelines, just pick up the phone, call your mother, and
    ask for one.
