On a Gen Three, Pip.......Has anybody had to reattach the spoiler? I can see the mechanical linkage, that is two green plugs in which the underside of the spoiler fits into thru a slot on each side But I can't even start the spoiler in the slot. To say nothing of the slot on the other end Whats the solotion? Dig out the plugs and slide into slots first? Then, there are 5 bolts and nuts which connect to nothing, the hatch assy. It appears that the 5 bolts glue the spoiler on. What a rinky. Dink set up that is! There are a few good posts on spoilers, but none on the Gen Three....
I took mine off and reinstalled. Can't recall exactly, but it was a combo of bolts and plastic fasteners. It did take me signif time to take off, a bit of a puzzle.
