I just had my first fill up today and noticed I couldn't enter in the price of gas per gallon as I could on my 2012 Prius 3. Is this option hidden in the PiP or has it been removed?
It appears the computers are a bit different on these cars. For example, the pip doesn't give you a way to see the mileage of your recent trips, only the mileage averages for the past 4 or 5 months. I didn't realize there was even a way to enter gas cost on the liftback, I thought that was a feature specific to the c?
It's not available in the PIP. I came from a 2012 Five- and was surprised to see it missing on the PIP. I miss it...
I have this feature on my C but don't use it - I find keeping track of fuel consumption on Fuelly much more functional.
On the regular 2012 Prius- you can enter the fuel cost per gal (after each fillup) and at the end of each trip along with the time & distance it also shows how much fuel was consumed and the cost in $$ for that trip. A very nice feature that was omitted on the PIP...
