Recently bought the Michelin Defenders and will be returning them due to a 4 mpg drop (49-->45). Looking at replacements, this one caught my eye because it's the only one that matches the 90k warranty the Defenders have. I plan on selling the car a few years from now and don't want to have to have to replace the tires again (I drive ~24k/year) so an 80k+ warranty is a must. The only other options I've looked into are the Bridgestone Turanza Serenity Plus and GoodyearAssurance TripleTred All Season and unfortunately both of those have reported mpg drops. From what I can tell the ControlContact has rave reviews and is LRR but I haven't been able to find any info on Prius owners' mpg. Anyone know?
