Chris - how was the rebate form when you printed it? pdf format? Is it "personalized" in any manner?

Just thinking if it's not then we can post it and share it amongst ourselves.

NM, looks like it's a personalized, bar-coded pdf file...

the bar code is just for conveinence. the rebate company can simply scan it instead of having to know what the rebate is about.

some rebates provide instant cash back at the store so the bar code is UPC compatible and will automatically credit the customer and in some cases print out a duplicate receipt.
