Pretty sure that a bundle of razor wire on the bottom of a car isn't legal in most places. A squirrel killed itself under my car a couple of weeks ago (you know, the suicide mad dash from the side of the road directly under a passing car). If that cat protector had been in place instead of a lump of dead squirrel there would have been squirrel tartare.
