My Gen III, Mod IV has about 1,800 miles on her and I just noticed this faint intermittent squeaking at low speed with no brakes. Typically happens when the car has been sitting for a few hours. I start the car and between 1 and 10 miles per hour the squeaking occurs. I always put on the emergency brake when parking also.
Could this be a bearing issue? Could my breaks be rubbing away prematurely?
    Thanks!

ALL disk brakes drag, it's how the design is. You can tell if it's the brakes by lightly applying them as you continue to move and see if the noise stops.
I'll bet that it is brakes and the reason your hearing them is the noise isn't covered up by engine noise like it would be in a "normal" car.
