    Not all too impressed . . .

First things first, I am a 6'4" tall guy. I also learned to drive stick in a Mazda Miata, comfortably drive my fiance's Mini Cooper, fit nicely in a Yaris, quite enjoy the Fiat 500 (even though I would never own one) and obviously just have a way of finding comfort in small cars. With that being said, I just could not find a seat/steering wheel position that made me comfortable in the C.:(

And then there is the interior. It's boring. I have this need for things to look right. And with the C, it just doesn't do it for me. The cupholders are hard to reach, the power outlets are impossible to find, and it doesn't have the cool gear shift that the normal Prii have. (which was HIGHLY disappointing for me)

So, I guess I'm moving up to the full sized Prius. The interior has that wonderful flow, the great shift knob, that perfect cupholder deep enough to keep a 24oz Wawa coffee still while tackling corners or hard breaking, and it just feels so much more comfortable to me. And then there's them just being bigger. I have guitars, bikes, amps, friends . . . ya'know, cargo. The regular Prius fits more of it. And has practically the same mileage. Plus cooler options (solar roof ftw). And for how much more? Five grand. That does seem like a bit much to pay for a few more cubic feet of space, but the added comfort and enjoyment of the vehicle . . .

    Worth every penny.

OH, and I took pictures. I'll upload them tomorrow.

That's a disappointing review to me.

I'll still have to check it out for myself.

Did they opt out on the telescopic steering wheel for cost? That would have helped out in the gen2.

Eagerly awaiting your photos. I hope they have the C at the Milwaukee auto show at the end of February.

Each to their own, but anytime a review whines about cup holders my concentration wanders.

The image suggests in-out and up-down movement so there must be some telescoping. But if it's the same as the Prius liftback the telescoping might be a little limited.

Can't wait to see photos! As a very not 6'4" personage (hitting 5'3" + 1/4" on a good day :p), I'm still tremendously excited to try one in person at some point. Wish that weren't May/June, but hey.

So since I suck with technology, two things have happened. 1, I managed to delete all the outside and interior pictures of the white C, but still have the one under the hood. I also still have the outside ones of the teal-ish C. And 2, the resolution on these pictures is gigantic. So I posted a link to the photo album so that way anybody viewing this thread doesn't get killed in downloading them.

I am seriously considering going back next week just to get good shots.

Yeah, subcompacts are pretty dicey for 6ft+ ers. I couldn't do a Fit. Even 6'4" is really pushing it in regular Prius, v has a little more.

Is c driver's seat height adjustable?

Was there any indication about how well (flat?) the back seats can fold down in the C?

I fit beautifully in the regular Prius. And yes the height is adjustable.

Didn't get to look. Too many people kept getting in an out.

From the manual, it's an option.
