After replacing 12V battery, the estimated fuel range messed up, it's kinda shifted some amount. I guess, it considered the tank was full when replaced but it was not, so it added up miles. Is there a way to calibrate it?

    I don't think so.
But it should straighten itself out over the next couple of fillups.

It should only take a tank or two to "reset" it.
With the 12v battery disconnected, it likely cleared all the memory so the computer has nothing
    to reference.
If you calculate it manual, you'll get a more accurate reading.
But if you use half a tank, fill up and reset the trip meter, you should notice it more accurate after the 2nd
    fill up ...
