Error C2300 C2304 C2305 C2306 Prius gen 3 2010

I have the error codes C2300 C2304 C2305 C2306 with my Prius gen 3 2010. I followed another posts and tryed to fix this but nothing worked. First of all I checked the 12V battery which was dead because the car wasn't used for 5 months and I replaced the 12V battery, I checked all the fuses and I have another Prius gen 3 the same year 2010 from which I used ecu for transmission, actuator for transmission, integration relay, inverter and hybrid battery. I changed all of these from this car that ia working perfectly with the parts from the car that is not starting. The problem is that from the actuator I have a Green wire which is named BMA that not have between 9 and 14 volts has 0 Volts, I followed the circuit and I saw that this wire came from the fuse box and also the integration relay has a Green wire that also have 0V, does anyone know from where is coming this wire ??? Also for the phase U, V and W I have 0 Volts checked with the techstream
