Engine Block Heater vs Electricity Cost.

    Has anyone done a cost analysis on the
    benefits of the EBH versus the cost of the
    electricity it consumes. My electric cost
    here in CA is 12.5 cents per KH.

    Here's a link to an "install" on a block heater, and the last two paragraphs seem to answer your question. Don't know how much efficiency you'll get out of a block heater where you are at, but I guess anything helps.
