ELECTRIC PROBLEM

    AFTER XM RADIO INSTALL, CAR WON'T START. INSTALLER SAID HE ONLY UNPLUGGED CIG LIGHTER RED CAR IMAGE WITH EXCLAMATION MARK ON IT SHOWS UP ANYONE HAVE A THOUGHT AS TO WHAT HE SCREWED UP?

    Did you try plugging the key into the slot? If that works then check the button under the steering column that turns the SKS off and on...he probably bumped it and turned it off.

    Thanks but tried key in and still nothing. Toyota has it now hopefully computer will tell all. Thanks anyway!

    I would suspect something simple , like they ran down the starting battery while keeping the car on but not moving and powering the XM radio and other things while they did the install.
    It will be interesting to find out what Toyota comes up with.
