Have standard 120v 3 prong bumper plug. Can this be adapted to plug into a NEMA 14-30 dryer type outlet? Does the charger automatically sense the incoming voltage and adapt accordingly?

Also separately looking for suggestions on best way to adapt this 120v plug for using the J1772 standard at public charge points.

    Thanks!

Edit - Oops, it's the 2000+ (that's what I get for relying on memory...) Questions still the same.
