Hi Chad, All new RVs that I am aware of feature formaldehyde in a number of their material selections, particularly any wood paneling. However, some folks have rebuilt older Airstream trailers to address various chemical sensitivities while one company has been doing similar Airstream trailer rebuilds for a number of years for similar reasons. The older Airstream trailers form a nice base as they can be gutted and rebuilt using light and chemical free (no outgassing) materials. Best of luck!
