I just recently purchased 2018 Prius. I have never owned Prius or any other hybrid before and so pardon me if some of my questions sound stupid.

I have a weird issue with the Eco-Diary. It is supposed to show how many miles I drove each day and how much mpg i got. The funny thing is that it is a day off. Whatever I am driving today is really shown with the date of tomorrow. This is more of a nuisance than any actual problem. But, How can I fix the issue?

    Welcome!

I see it in the 2017 manual. I assume the 2018 is similar.

You set the calendar on the small MID screen to the right of the Speedometer.

It appears you go the Settings upload_2018-3-26_19-52-59.png
    Meter Customize upload_2018-3-26_19-53-30.png
    Calendar
    Set Month/Day/Year (Canada is Day/Month/Year)

I am at work. I am going to try it as soon as I get to my car. But, what will it do to the old data? Will it erase the old data or will it move everything down by one day (which is what I want to happen)?

You may also want to verify the clock on the car is not set 12 hours off. That can mess up the days too.

It probably would change it just for the future. That is only my guess though.

Don't panic - if you lose a day, in 5 yrs, you won't remember it.

I'd also suggest doing a full tank fill (till it clicks off) - some cars (not just PRIUS) give odd readings until they've had a full tank.

Thanks for the info. I tried it yesterday and it worked. It looks like my dealer erroneously had set the initial date to be a future date (just off by one day). It is now corrected.

However, it has actually erased all the data for the last one month. No, it is not a big deal for me. I am mentioning it just for the sake of info for future users who may have similar question.

I solved that problem - I have the same every day now. Coffee followed by oatmeal. Figure it saves grey-cells in memorising useless data.

It is not one day. It actually erased all the data since the day I purchased the car till yesterday (Feb. 28th to Mar. 26th).
But, it is not a big deal as I don't particularly care to know how many miles I drove on each day. But, it is a nice little
    feature.

Just sipping mine, and wondering what all this "eco-dairy" nonsense is about.
