Didn't I hear a while ago about some sort of spray you could use on electronics and plastics to cut down on static? Does anyone know anything like that?

There's some sort of spray used on carpets to cut down on static electricity, but I don't know how you would keep dust off using a spray. I've found that Pledge for furniture (ok on plastics even though it says it's for wood furniture) helps make it easier to dust because it provides a slicker surface to which dust does not cling as well. Dust is dust, though, and the Prius dash is a great collection surface.
I also use one of those cat tail like dusters with a 12in handle. Stows nicely next the the driver's seat by the door, out of the way, but handy for a quick dusting down on sunny days when the glare off the dust seems more annoying. So far, it all works well with little problem.
