Driver Side Vent Slider Control Broken

Does the subject line say enough??? The slider bar that aims the vent fins on the driver's side vent (above the Navigation Unit) fell apart and I can't aim or open my vent now. Three parts came out, one is the handle portion that you slide back and forth. It clips to a small "finned" part via four locking tabs- two of which are broken and engaged in the smaller part. The third part I found is a small white rubber t-shaped component.

Does anyone have access to a service diagram for these parts and can they be replaced?
