My tracbat is failing (will address that soon) and the Dr. Prius app shows a Delta SOC of 0.85%.

How do I interpret this? I've seen in other threads readings on other apps as high as 80%. Is mine ready 85%, or does Dr. Prius measure in an other way?

Also, gettimg resistances from 24-27. What does this tell me?

Battery goes into the green routinely. I try to moderate it by shifting into neutral when coming to a stop if SOC is over 60%. Can I nurse it through to this weekend by doing this?

Only that your modules are not as young as they used to be. New modules IR is 19 mΩ. I wouldn't be overly concerned until they got to the early 30's. Maybe this battery could just require a reconditioning regime to wake it up.
Why? You are just countermanding the benefit you get by capturing some of the energy that would otherwise be wasted as heat. In addition. you realize the battery is designed to go to the top 2 green bars? It is not bad or dangerous. Once the top green bar is full (and it takes a while to get there) your battery has 80% SoC and the car has its own mitigation at this point, so you are just wasting your effort trying to second guess it. So, stop doing this and just be happy to save some more gas.

I don't know much about Delta SoC, except I think a recall someone mentioning that it should be zero. Somebody else might chime in with an explanation.

More helpful is different between highest and lowest module Voltage. A couple of tenths difference between the voltage of the highest and lowest module would be nice. Having 1.0 volts or more would be terrible.

Also doing the battery tests found in drop down menus.
