Door Panel Scratched By Dealership

    I had my car serviced at Toyota West Covina yesterday for a 5k service and the bleeping delete when you put it on Reverse and i just found out this morning that my driver's side door panel has lots of scratches and i babied this car no one drives this except me and their techinicians yesterday.... So what can i do with this situation... Need your advice guys.

    all you can do is go back and complain. some dealerships make you survey the car before and after service so this won't happen. all the best!
