DIY gold mine

    As I was looking for accessories for my V+ATP, I didn't see many so I looked at the 2012 Prius and 2011 Prius hoping many accessories are compatible. Then I saw the Illuminated Door Sills protector and checked out the specification and review and I then saw the instruction tab. After a click, the pdf file with lots of pictures and information as well as the electronic schematic popped up.

    Next I looked at the security system and saw:

    On page 4, I saw the answer to the unconnected harness I saw under the hood to the left of the hood latch. It turned out to be the sensor switch if the hood is opened!

    Hope in the future there will be more for the V.
