62-42 Disc Cannot be read (change disc, clean disc, try another)
62-45 Eject Error (Clear DTC; Recheck DTC; Replace radio receiver)

To clear the DTC codes press CLEAR for 3 seconds
To clear the current and past DTC codes, as well as the connected device names press and hold Memory clear for 3 seconds.
