I just bought a used 2020 Prius Prime the other day. I'm trying to set up my car and Toyota account to disable telematics data collection from my car.

Many posts on other chat boards mentioned that data collection can be disabled from the Toyota app. I installed the app on my phone and linked the car's VIN to my account. When I view the linked car, there is a screen for a Connected Services trial. When I click the No Thanks option, a confirm popup appears - when I click the Confirm button I get an error message advising that something went wrong. I tried emailing the dealer who sold the car to me, but (not surprisingly) there's been no response back.

How do I opt out of driving data collection?

I'm new to this forum so if there's a post that already covers this feel free to redirect me. Any guidance will help.
