Directions for replacing OEM rear view mirror?

    Can anyone give me clear directions (with pics if possible) on how to remoove the existing rear view mirror? I want to replace it with one that has a compass.

    I just want to remove it, after that, I think I'll have a shop hook up the wires. "A man has to know his limiations" Eastwood.:D
