Direct replacement?

They may fit, but won't be a direct replacement. The front speakers in a Prius are 6x9s. There are brackets that allow a 6 in speaker, however. The tweater location holds a much larger "squaker" too. That could be adapted as well, though I haven't seen an aftermarket product for this, so you might have to make something yourself.

 

You'll need the included one. It handles splits the signal between the woofer and tweeter.
