I have a 2010 prius 3. I just recently started driving at night and noticed my headlights were very dim- to the point where sometimes I was wondering if they were even on. I thought maybe it was due to oxidation on the headlights so I replaced them with a whole new headlight assembly with brand new bulbs. But that only helped a little. I've also taken the steps to align them properly and again that only helped a little. They are still too dim for me to feel safe or comfortable driving at night. My next thought was maybe new ballasts? I'll upload pictures of how the headlights look on. Any ideas or help would be appreciated- thanks!
the ballasts usually work or they don't, so replacing them very likely won't make your headlights brighter /
Also looks like your side markers and parking lights are burnt out. You can try LED for the low beams. That should help with night time. Also get some fog lights, that will help.
