Delivery - Port of Entry in New Westminster to Interior of BC.

    I am waiting for a 2010 Tech package. I am told by the dealer that the car has been in the Port of Entry (New Westminster, B.C. ) since last weekend (the 13th of March). Does anyone know how long will it be in New Westminster at the Port of Entry before it gets on the darn truck and up my way? I realize that it has to go through Customs and has to have some rims installed prior to leaving the port, but really? How long does all that take? Dealership wouldn't provide any info just saying that it would be here by the end of the month. Any info on your experiences regarding wait times would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    In my experience, and that of several others when delivered, times of up to two weeks were normal between port arrival and delivery. They seemed like the two longest weeks in my life... ;-) Good luck!
