Defective beeper - and I actually want to replace it

The beeper on my 05 Prius is wonky. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes it sounds weird and faint, sometimes it just won’t beep at all.

And I actually want to replace it, i.e. make it work fully all the time again. I understand it’s in the dashboard behind the center screen. So i think i may be able to get to the box it’s in. But how do i replace it? Is the PCB inside accessible? Can you solder it off and solder a new one in? Do I need to replace the whole board?
