I purchased a 2018 Prius Prime Advanced a few days back and because I had a great experience, I would like to share the dealer/ sales person here.
I purchased my car from Claude Denys at Dublin Toyota. He was honest ,very straight and did not try to hide the the truth behind numbers. I asked for quotes from dealerships in Fremont, Hayward and Milpitas for comparison and Claude gave me the lowest quote. He answered all our questions patiently and explained all the features of the Advanced model during the test drive. He just called me few minutes back to see if everything was okay with the car and if I had any questions! Great service and honest individual! I would highly recommend him to whoever wants to purchase a car from Dublin Toyota.

Here is his info if anyone is interested:
Claude Denys | Internet Sales Manager
    mobile: (925) 998-7805
    phone: (925) 829-7700 EXT 599
    email: claude.denys@DublinToyota.com

PS: DO NOT go to the Fremont dealership. The salesperson there did not even care to get up from his seat to join us for the test drive or to explain the features of the Advanced trim. He handed us the keys and said the car is right outside the door. Pathetic service!

Just a nit, PriusChat is for most part a U.S. and Canadian forum, and there are lots of Bay Areas in the U.S and Canada. From context, I could tell you meant San Francisco Bay Area, but that might not be so obvious to readers in other places
