Erica, How did you on the West Coast know that I ask for the info? I initially was told by email that the Rochester NY Area had been trained BEFORE I picked up my PIP on March 14. I knew they hadn't. I also asked for a copy of the training material, but the email said it was only for the Dealers. Yesterday, I got a call on my answering machine that the Area was trained Yesterday, March 28 and that they would email a link to the material. Thanks for the link and any other info you can provide. It will always be appreciated.
