I ordered it when I bought the new 2006 Prius. I had used the company before, so I knew of their product.
The company name escapes me, but I can look it up in my paper file. They were located in San Clemente, Ca. and then moved to Irvine, Ca., I think this is what she told me. I sold the Prius to a Toyota dealer to get a new Camry instead. I kept the dash cover. It was June thru August old. The Prius was an engineering marvel, but the driver's seat just did not travel back far enough for me.
