I am looking for a mechanic who knows how to work on Generation I cars. I am receiving the orange triangle with check engine light and display shows a red car. I have cleaned the throttle plate as suggested earlier and that worked out for a little bit. Now even with a clean throttle plate, I continue to get the same triangle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Does the car run? Can you get to an Autozone-Pep Boys-Carquest-O'Reilley and ask them to read the codes for you?
Shoot, P3120 is for the transaxle or system main relay, but it is usually the transaxle. There is a guy who works in a shop in Lubbock who reported doing a transaxle swap.
