    Last day of the year. 2015 ..."She who must be Obeyed" & I . . . . having no shame, begged & cajoled our way into one of the local Signature delivery events yesterday. Lots of champagne - cakes - applause - and some happy Signature model X owners - some who patiently waited between 3 & 4 years for these early/first deliveries;

    Hopefully I'll figure out how to link the 15 or so photos in my prius album - presuming so .... Enjoy !! ;

    Nah - he was probably somewhere flying around out in space - bringing in the new year in all 24 timezones
    :D
    One of the new owners commented they'd flown into O.C. from the other side of the globe - returning here just to see their new ride arrive.

    We - along with the 1st 17,000 (out of 30,000) folks in line for the X, received our "you can now configure" email. With no options & State & Fed tax $ kickbacks, you can geta new X for under $70K out the door. You can more than double that price, if you add every option but the kitchen sink, and have no gub'ment money kicked back. Hi end rides will be delivered really quick (highest profit to Tesla) - el cheapo version? You'll have to wait to the 2nd ½ of 2016. Segway'ing that back to the most recent market dump yesterday - Tesla has some big money coming in now - with their high dollar cars getting priority, even over earlier orders. Probably moves over $100 million profit up early. That oughta help offset their huge cash outlays they do on R&D.

    Hi Hill,
    I'm really enjoying the S, but keep us posted on your experience with the X. There's an active board at teslamotors.com/forum for Model X.
