Hey everyone, Whats the "cheapest" way to fix this purely cosmetic problem / surface cracks in my rear bumper? I believe the options are: body shop source rear silver bumper from junkyard (~$100) buy aftermarket bumper + paint (~$400-$500 painted) rubber bumper lining (i bought this but unfort its not big enough to cover the cracks Thanks!
If it doesn't need to be perfect, then you have a couple of options for 25 each. Not exactly around the corner from Pasadena though. 2004-2009 Prius Rear Bumper Cover (silver) - auto parts - by owner -...
I’d vote body shop; as long as they’re competent it’ll end up like-new, and you’re not dispatching a ton of plastic to landfill. And no fit issues, or broken fasteners.

Body work is very expensive buy the repainted bumper off eBay And install yourself pretty easy about 100 clips and screws lol all laying on your back That what I did years ago was like $150 delivered That bumper is not even close to the thickness of the Oem bumper but who cares it’s a very old car The g2 Prius is a rear end accident magnet I swear been hit multiple times just sitting at the light
