coolant warning light question

Finally joined, trying to do more things myself. I did the egr pipe, valve and cooler cleaning. After it was back on and I added some coolant, I started the car and the coolant light was on and hasn't gone off. I checked the coolant temps via my obd2 reader app on my phone. It shows what appears to be normal/good temp range even when driving and a/c on.

Had thought I possibly did something to the temp sensor, but the readings look good though. Are there more than 1 temp sensor for this light? Any ideas appreciated, thanks.

Thanks Mendel, 238k, I did clean the intake manifold. Probably should have checked the injectors, oh well.

Might have fouled up the lower temp sensor with fluid.

I have had stumbling on startup once in a while and cylinder 3 spark plug looks clean clean, figured not a good sign for hg issue.

Background: Bought it used about a year ago, should have done the cleanout of the egr/manifold stuff right away, oh well. Also, turns out it had a weak fuel pump which gave a lean burn condition code which i think accelerated wear out of the cat since i didn't find/swap it out right away. So ended up changing that earlier this year. It ran okay temp wise whenever I would use the obd2. Probably should have checked/replaced the water pump when I first got it as well. Trying to live and learn
