    Hi everyone

I own an Japanese PP 2017. I bought it as used car. It's only 21000km in the ODO. Few days back while cleaning the car I found the coolant reservoir tank empty. I refilled it. Next day I drove almost 150 kms and after that i found the tank empty again. Then I refilled it again and put the vehicle in charge mode to observe any any coolant leakage. Then i found it as shown in the photos... The coolant was leaking from the tank drain pipe. It was very hot ... vlcsnap-2021-09-08-00h05m10s378.png

Can you take a photo showing the side of that bottle, when the engine is cool, to show the fluid level and the B, FULL, LOW lines molded into the plastic?

You are really lucky to identify the problem by yourself.
I was completely depending on Dealers.
I never opened the hood, and Dealer dependency killed my 2016 Prius Engine (at 51K miles).

just during oil change time Dealer detected low coolant and P148F and they replaced Front Exhaust pipe
    which applied band-aid.
After 5K miles and one more oil change my CEL and coolant light was on and Engine stopped on highway and this killed my Engine.
Went ahead with engine replacement started same problem Coolant level is dropping.
Now they are saying it is EGR issue.

Not sure what kind of codes / diagnosis / solutions Toyota is providing.

My experience with their diagnosis(Toyota dealers) is disaster
