They look a bit DIY, and far too blue.

To me, the most important feature of headlights is how well they illuminate the road. None of the pix for these show that.

I would not recommend modifying your headlights unless you're talking about changing a bulb. It is not safe, output and luminosity will suffer, and you open a host of issues come warranty time.

They're not any different from the OEM halogen headlights other than the added LEDs around the projector, eyebrow, and side marker. I've seen the work in person and its very good. Also pretty bright during the day.

I just hate the thought of the whole "removing-the-front-bumper" part..... If there was some other way to do it, I'd probably be all over it in a heartbeat...

I've removed the front bumper a few times already. Its just a few bolts and clips. Nothing to be afraid of if you really like the lights. On my previous car, my bumpers must have come off at least 3-4 times a week when I was fitting my wheels and dialing in the coilovers haha

    Wow these are pretty expensive.

IMO...I would try to find someone parting out a Prius or headlights being sold that are still in pristine condition. Then you can bake them open and do the same exact things shown or come up with your own ideas. At least this way if you screw up you still have your first set to use.

I know the price is high. There are a few people who already has the headlights.
PM for a way better deal.

As far as warranty, if are going to start to modify any car, warranty worries has to be out of your thoughts.

IMAO, If you can do this yourself, I would but if not its probably better to buy and not have to worry about quality. I know for a fact that they use only the best led's and are made all the kits are made in the US.

As far as illuminating the road, other than LED Fog lights, these driving lights are for looks and to also to be seen on the road. Yes, they are pretty brite and the blue is due to bad photo, its more white in person.

Of course everyone has there style...

I like them, and I like the size of the upper 5 LEDs, but I wish the LEDs went on farther across (more than just 5), or clear across the bottom like some have done.... Don't know if that is an option...

For the strip across the bottom, you could buy a thin LED strip - the one with 3M tape on one side - and connect it to your parking light. It'll give you that Audi-esque look. The good thing about the strip is that you could probably cut down to the length you want. However, you'll still have to remove your front bumper to stick the strip to the underside of your headlamps.

I have seen Rodney's (Hawaiian...) and it looks good. I don't know if he has it on the outside or not.
Just remember to get a quality set. I have seen many out there and with the outside condition, those led stips come apart. They do look really good though.
I don't know if the quality is different from anyother brand.

I have suggested for us to try and make a version 3 with led's across the bottom/inside of the headlight for a member that requested it. I will have to wait and see if it would look clean for resale though. That is whats important if anyone is looking to make a product. Is it going to last (quality), is it going to look factory (our goal) and is it going to sell.

Anway, keep your eye's open for updates...
