I went to the Scangauge home page and down loaded the code to display the SOC, HV voltage and HV current. The voltage and the SOC work ok but i get nothing for the current. I understand you can't display the current with the voltage or the SOC.

Is the code for the current available from somewhere else?

    EDIT:

I found another post that had a different CODE for the HV current and it works.

It is only current and state of charge you can't display at the same time, according to the Scangauge site.

My Prius is a 2007 with the NAV. I just tried that other code for battery current (BTA) and it worked for me. But I still am not able to get the battery voltage (BTV) codes to work. Seems like the code the Scangauge site lists doesn't work on all 2007's. The state of charge and horsepower work just fine. If anyone has alternate codes for battery voltage please let me know.

Also, why are there so few codes listed for the Prius compared to other vehicles?

That is a very good question why not more Prii codes.

HV battery temp would be a good one to watch. If anyone has SG2 code for HV temp please post.

You would think that an advanced vehicle like the Prius, we would have other codes like transmission fluid temperature and such.

    Pat,

That "complete" list, has only 3 codes for the Prius, (4 if you count horsepower). Those that own a SG2 already knew about that list because ScanGauge told us.

Battery voltage does not work for me either.
As a grill blocker, inverter temps would really help.
Call ScanGauge and let em know, we want more!

According to Linear logic, they are "working on" getting inverter and battery temp codes. No time frame suggested however,

They told me the same thing, regarding the battery voltage issue some of us are having. That was a year ago....... very disappointing.
