As usual, not for US yet (or Prius right now but still cool)

Only Toyota Crown owners in Japan for now.

I quit wearing a watch years ago when I had to start carrying a pager and phone for work. Why have a 3rd device that tells only time right? ;)

I'd start wearing one again if it'd also access/crank my Prius B)

Now thats cool. When you go to the beach you don't have to worry about your keys (fob) if its waterproof.

That is a feature I would be willing to pay for. I love the smart key the way it is, but integrate in my watch and it doubles the cool factor.

This should be a great hit with the ladies. Strangely, the Japanese website
only has a picture for a man's watch.

Myself, for 42,000 JY (US$350) I'd rather get a nice, decent amp instead.
But then, what do I know? I never wear a watch anyhow! :)

There should be a couple threads on this from a few years back...now sure why it's come back to popular press unless there was a delay in it coming out back then. I can't really understand why they wouldn't make it available for the Prius....there are so many on the road around the world it seems there would be a huge demand.

But . . . . can it open the door and start start the car with its battery dead? If not, all you have is another watch (unless you hide a key outside and a fob inside the car).

I would like that feature as well, one reason is that the red panic button on the fob sticks out too much if you lean up againts anything and it hits it the darn thing starts blasting the horn have done this a thousand times
