Chevron Techron: Wait until engine is fully run-in?

I've used this stuff for years. Has worked well in my engines, plus a little better mileage. Especially helpful in winter.

I'm wondering though if one should wait a while before using - same as waiting to install synthetic oil?

It's reasonalbly priced at Costco. Use it in my Toyota T-100 3.4L V-6 all the time. Used it for years in my Benz 300E as well.
