This is jus an FYI post. --- I had this long detailed post typed out and boom, something happened wiped it out so, I'm just going to post a photo of what they said what they did. If I feel up to it, I may come back and retype everything that I had. recall.png IMG_20220225_191726283.jpg

Interestingly enough the $$ they charged Toyota like > $3500 (they showed me the invoice) -- I think the screen capture above was just an estimate.

is this a prime or 2010?

sounds like a dealer screw up, not unusual

Sorry, I didn't state it; it's a hybrid, not a Prime. I asked them about the 'needed services':

    • Throttle body - they said that it's in the manual and occurs at like 30k, or some nonsense like that. $85
    • Spark Plugs. I did them about 2000 miles ago.. They said, oh, they recommend based on mileage and Toyota service history; so no opening one and checking. $225
    • The Brake service did have measurements, 3mm fronts, 7mm backs. They said that they take the wheel off to check... Not sure that I trust them that they actually did that.... $250 (just the fronts)
    • Tires - 4mm-6mm, yeah, they need to replace in the near future. $688
    • Wipers - I put new ones in like 6 months ago and they look fine. $40
    So yeah...
