Check engine light with multiple communication erro

Hello All,
I have a 2005 Prius with 310,000 miles in it. I was chasing a pesky misfire and finally decided replace the fuel injectors last week. So far that seems to have cured the problem. Car is driving smoother than ever. Then last night the check engine light came on again when I was on the highway doing about 65. I had the codes read this morning. No misfires but what showed up was U0073, U0123, U0124,U0126, U0293 and P0420 those all showed "current" and U0100 showed "confirmed". So I'm not sure the difference between confirmed and current ? And I'm also wondering if these codes will clear on their own if the problem is no longer present. And if it is still present where should I begin to look ? From the schematic they appear to all be related to the Skid Control ECU but that's about all I know. Not sure where to start, everything seems to be functioning on the car.
