Have a 2012 PIP. Few months ago had fuse issue on the freeway. Stopped dead. Took to dealer and fixed the issue but came back not being able to charge. Was told the charging port was bad and was replaced. Less than a year later, same problem. Dealer said the part holding the pins were broken and they replaced. Was told by the dealer that if happens again, they will not warranty. We're very careful plugging in so don't know why part keeps breaking. Anyone else having same issues?

don't recall ever hearing of it before, and can't think of any way plugging in the evse would damage the pins. did they check your evse?

Strange. I can't think of any reason it should break. I've read that it's not that hard to replace. Easily accessed from inside by removing the interior side panel.
