Charging my traction battery

I've found a video about reconditioning a prius NIMH battery using a T180 battery charger. I'm about 3/4 through individually charging my modules (I ran the traction battery too dead to start the ICE trying to troubleshoot a problem.

I know that the nominal capacity is 6500 mah, but most of my batteries are ending up at around 7300 mah after doing a charge cycle of 6500mah. My question is if it is normal to go over 6500mah. Also, how much over can I go while charging before it starts to become a concern if it really even matters at all?
