Have 2016 Prius Prime. When temperature gets below 10 degrees, green charge light by plug in receptacle does not go off even after green dashboard lights show a full charge. Light on charging station (240 v) still shows "charge in process" status. Consistent problem during periods of "Polar Vortex" with nighttime lows below zero. Is the charging station still drawing current when battery is 100% charged if input receptacle's green light remains on? Will this go away once weather warms?

It’s probably keeping the battery warm.
