Changing head unit, how do you access vehicle settings?

    I'm considering replacing the head unit in my 3rd Generation 2014 Prius with touch screen non JBL. I'm curious as what other members have done to control daytime driving lights / smart key / auto lock unlock. Head light timer. The head unit controls many things associated with the car besides music so if you replace it is it possible to still changing settings?

    Get them all set the way you want them before changing the headunit?

    You can always tweak them later with Techstream, or (as I've heard, but never used) Carista.

    I've wondered about this, but Techstream or Carista makes sense. It's oh so clear to me now!

    A friend told me he used Carista and was able to change all the settings. I haven't tried it. I have only had my car for ~6 months but I've never changed the settings, once I set them initially.
