Changing 2005 Interior Panels for 2006 Version?

    After seeing a friends black 2006 prius with the new textured door / dash panels, I am now wondering if I can "swap" my smooth 2005 panels out for the textured 2006 versions? Anyone check on this yet with Toyota?

    it will be expensive, time consuming and youll need alot of Genuine Toyota Parts and labor...espcially when working near the airbags. I think it would be unfeasable. probably just cheaper to trade your car in for a new one.
