Is it possible (on a 2012 Toyota Prius c) to change the units of odometer (not the speed units) say from miles to km? more generally, is it possible to change regional settings like mpg to l/100km or temperature from F to C (if present)?

I'd vote no. As far as I know, just the speedometer units can be switched, mph to kmh.

Yes, it's possible to switch the speedometer between MPH and km/h, but it's not possible to switch any of the other distance-related information.

To switch the units shown by the speedometer you press the "trip" button on the steering wheel repeatedly until "Odometer" is displayed at the top of the information screen, then press and hold the "trip" button until the units display on the odometer changes. In other words, it's just like resetting the mileage displayed by the "Trip 1" or "Trip 2" counters, but you do it with the car's total odometer reading shown instead.
