My Prius came with CF but I realized weeks after taking delivery that I don't have the trunk mat that the rental had. It has for matching, clearly OEM, mats in the cabin and that's it. Is that normal?

The mats you got would have been added at the port or at the dealer, I believe. They may have been listed as a separate item on your window sticker or a bill of sale.
