CarPlay/ head unit replacement?

Hey All, went from a gen 2(350k) to a gen 3 Prius(150k) and was wondering since I’ll be driving the new Prius for a while, it’s most likely worth installing a new radio unit with Apple CarPlay into it. I have the base trim (no backup camera) without the JBL Audio system and was looking for suggestions as to what system y’all have and what you think, looking for a system with low screen latency, if possible.
